DT-10TSc Remote Terminal for installation in the switchgear or in the cabinet is a part of the DT series remote terminals developed for the economical remote control of simple distribution and industrial substations 10 (20) / 0,4kV. The DT-10TSc Remote Terminal is installed in a compact distribution switchgear (RMU) or in a control cabinet and is used in switchgears where remote and local monitoring and control of the medium voltage switchgear, transformer and low voltage part of the plant are required. The basic element of the Remote Terminal DT-10TSc is the Monitoring and Control Terminal UST-10Gc mounted on the front panel of the switchgear or on the door of the cabinet. On the mounting plate there are the remaining elements of the Remote Terminal (uninterruptible power supply, connection equipment with the control center, measuring terminals (option), terminals, etc.).
Monitoring and Control Terminal UST-10Gc integrates control, management, communication and local status signaling functions on the graphic LCD.The control of a switchgear (disconnecting switches, citcuit breakers) is performed locally via keypad and remotely via communication port of the UST-10Gc. Using LED elements, the Monitoring and Control Terminal also enables signalling and alarming of the various states of the plant. Different states of switchgear, transformer and low voltage switchgear can be signaled through their contacts (e.g. Buchholz protection, fault indicator trip, transformer protection trip, etc.). As a part of the control function, measuring terminals (MT), transformer protection (NR), transformer monitoring (TM) and fault indication (IK) can be optionally included in the communication. Since the DT-10TSc Remote Terminal integrates into the switchgear, it represents a very economical solution for the remote control of the substation.
